Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Care | $60-70/Hour

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient care across diverse age groups and medical conditions in home settings
• Perform thorough health assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Execute physician-ordered treatments and medication administration
• Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and condition changes
• Coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Deliver patient and family education on health management and treatment protocols
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing
• BSN or PHN preferred
• Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and insured vehicle
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with electronic health records systems
