Essential Responsibilities:

• Monitor and document patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse with precision
• Set up, operate, and maintain dialysis equipment according to protocol
• Implement strict infection control measures to maintain a sterile treatment environment
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Assist in medication administration under proper supervision
• Support safe patient mobility and transfer procedures
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
• Document all treatments and maintain accurate patient records

Required Qualifications:

• Current CCHT certification or eligible for certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited hemodialysis training program
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous dialysis center experience
• Background in physical sciences or laboratory techniques
• Experience with equipment maintenance and reprocessing
