Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) - Acute Care

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Provide comprehensive discharge planning and patient education

Required Qualifications:

• Current Florida RN license or multi-state license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Registered Nurse Diploma
• Current BLS certification required at start date
• ACLS and PALS certifications (must obtain within 90 days)
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification (must obtain within 90 days)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
