Position Highlights:

• 🕓 Monday–Friday Schedule – No call, no weekends, no holidays, and no nights

• 💼 Outpatient-Only Practice – Focused on GI/Endoscopy procedures

• 💰 Competitive Base Salary – $185,000–$195,000 (W2)

• 🎁 Bonuses & Incentives – Annual bonus ($5K), performance bonus ($4K), and sign-on bonus (case by case)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide anesthesia services for GI endoscopy procedures

• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient education

• Monitor patient status during sedation and recovery

• Collaborate with GI physicians and nursing staff

• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards

Qualifications:

• Active CRNA license in Florida

• Must meet FL outpatient credentialing requirements

• GI/Endoscopy experience preferred but not required

• Strong clinical judgment, autonomy, and team collaboration skills
