Position Overview

As a CRNA at this high-performing outpatient center, you'll provide anesthesia services for GI endoscopic procedures. Enjoy a predictable weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or major holidays, and over 9 weeks of paid time off each year. Whether you're experienced in GI or new to the setting, you’ll be supported by a collaborative and efficient team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-procedure assessments and patient evaluations

• Administer and monitor anesthesia for GI endoscopy procedures

• Provide post-anesthesia recovery care in coordination with physicians and staff

• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure

• Maintain clinical documentation and adhere to best practices in outpatient anesthesia

Qualifications

• Active CRNA license (Washington State)

• Credentialed or eligible for outpatient anesthesia in WA

• GI/Endoscopy experience preferred, but not required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Commitment to quality care and patient safety

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $200,000–$250,000 (W2 Permanent)

• Annual Incentives: $3,000 (includes CME + association dues)

  • $1,500 CME allowance

  • $1,500 for professional association dues

• Paid Time Off: 47 total days (9+ weeks!)

  • 7 weeks of vacation

  • 9 paid holidays

  • 3 CME days
