• 💼 Title: CRNA – GI/Endoscopy Outpatient Center

• 📍 Location: Monroe, Ohio (Conveniently situated between Dayton & Cincinnati)

• 🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | No nights, weekends, or holidays

• 🏥 Setting: Modern, single-specialty outpatient endoscopy center

• 📋 Employment Type: Permanent W2, On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia and moderate sedation for GI procedures in an outpatient setting

• Monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-anesthesia

• Collaborate closely with gastroenterologists and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate records in compliance with safety and regulatory standards

• Support a streamlined, patient-centered care environment

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted CRNA license

• Eligible for credentialing in Ohio

• GI or endoscopy experience is a plus, but not required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Total Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $212,000 + $5,000 annual performance bonus

• Paid Time Off: 7 weeks PTO (35 days) + 8 paid holidays = 43 days off annually

• CME Support: $1,500 CME + $1,500 for professional dues
