Senior HVAC/R Systems Specialist & Building Automation Expert
Join our facility management team as a Senior HVAC/R Systems Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing complex heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute comprehensive HVAC/R system installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Program and modify Building Automation Systems (BAS) for optimal performance
- Conduct preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on complex mechanical systems
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Mentor and train technical team members on best practices and new technologies
- Manage documentation and maintain detailed service records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on facility improvement projects
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial or healthcare HVAC/R maintenance experience
- CFC Certification
- Extensive knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Strong understanding of commercial and healthcare facility codes
- Valid Virginia Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalent (Trade/Vocational school preferred)
- Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems
