Essential Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive patient care through evidence-based nursing practices

- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare team members

- Document patient care using EPIC electronic medical records system
- Mentor and guide support staff while fostering a collaborative work environment
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Virginia RN license or eligibility to obtain one
- Current BLS certification (ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications as needed)
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EPIC)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
