Cardiac Electrophysiology (EP) Specialist - Interventional Cardiology

Join our state-of-the-art Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology Laboratory, where you'll be part of an elite team delivering cutting-edge cardiovascular care. We're seeking an experienced Cardiac EP Specialist to support our growing cardiovascular program in beautiful coastal Virginia.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians during complex cardiac procedures including PTCA, stent placements, and IABP interventions
• Support electrophysiology studies and cardiac ablation procedures
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and hemodynamics
• Operate specialized cardiac imaging and monitoring equipment
• Maintain sterile field and assist with equipment preparation
• Participate in emergency response situations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate from CCAHEP accredited cardiovascular technology program
• Valid certification as RCES, RCIS, CVT, or ARRT
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• 2+ years of electrophysiology experience
• Proficiency with EP and ablation devices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
