Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CNO to develop and implement evidence-based nursing policies aligned with regulatory standards and best practices

• Drive interdepartmental collaboration and foster a culture of excellence in patient care delivery
• Oversee operational budget management and resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
• Master's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field (or current enrollment with completion plan)
• Minimum 5 years of nursing management experience
• 3+ years of recent acute care leadership experience
• Strong track record of implementing quality improvement initiatives
