Clinical Nurse Manager - Emergency Department | Level II Trauma Center

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all clinical operations during assigned shifts in our Emergency Department
• Provide strategic oversight of patient care delivery and department workflow optimization
• Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives and clinical outcomes
• Mentor and develop nursing staff while fostering a culture of clinical excellence
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care coordination
• Drive performance improvement through data analysis and best practice implementation

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Tennessee or compact state
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum 5 years ED nursing experience, including 2-3 years in Level II Trauma
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Demonstrated leadership experience as Charge Nurse
• Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Excellence in communication and team leadership
