Position Overview

As Assistant Dean, you will oversee instructional excellence and program management at our Fresno, CA workforce development site, working closely with healthcare partners to deliver high-quality nursing education that meets industry demands.

Core Responsibilities

• • Provide strategic leadership for nursing program activities and special projects • Manage faculty recruitment, development, and performance • Oversee clinical partnerships and educational programming • Ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation standards • Drive curriculum development and implementation • Facilitate student success initiatives and support services • Maintain program quality metrics and reporting • Lead academic-practice partnership initiatives

Clinical Leadership

• • Evaluate and maintain clinical site partnerships • Coordinate student clinical placements and rotations • Oversee clinical faculty assignments and evaluations • Ensure clinical compliance and safety standards • Manage inter-agency relationships and agreements

Required Qualifications

• • Current California RN license • Master's degree or higher in Nursing, Education, or Administration • Minimum 1 year teaching experience in nursing education • One year direct patient care experience • Demonstrated leadership and program management experience • Excellence in communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency with educational technology and learning management systems
