Position Overview:

Reporting to the Dean of Workforce Development, you'll oversee nursing program operations, faculty development, and clinical partnerships while ensuring educational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead instructional and operational management of the Workforce Development site
• Develop and maintain strategic clinical partnerships with healthcare facilities
• Oversee curriculum implementation and program compliance
• Manage faculty recruitment, development, and performance
• Direct student success initiatives and academic support programs
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Board of Nursing requirements
• Drive NCLEX success rates through strategic planning and support

Required Qualifications:

• Active California RN license
• Master's degree or higher in Nursing, Education, or Administration
• Minimum 1 year teaching experience in nursing education
• 1+ years direct patient care experience
• Demonstrated leadership and program management experience
• Proficiency with educational technology and learning management systems
