Director of Perioperative Services & Surgical Operations

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current RN licensure in state of practice
- Minimum 3 years leadership experience in surgical services/OR management
- Demonstrated success in perioperative services administration
- Strong financial acumen and operational management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration
- CNOR certification
- CSSM certification
- Experience with surgical service line development
