Respiratory Therapist - Lead Clinical Practitioner

• Serve as the primary respiratory care provider during assigned shifts
• Perform and assist with emergency intubations
• Deliver comprehensive respiratory care across multiple departments including ED, Surgical, Cardiac, and Orthopedic units
• Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Provide emergency response and critical care support

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License
• NBRC Certification as CRT or RRT
• Valid Virginia State License
• BLS Certification (AHA Healthcare Provider)
• ACLS Certification or EKG & Pharmacology Course certification
• 3+ years of clinical respiratory therapy experience
• Strong critical thinking and independent decision-making skills
