Senior HVAC/R Systems Specialist - Commercial/Healthcare Facilities

Core Responsibilities:
- Lead installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC/R systems and BAS infrastructure
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic analysis on complex mechanical systems
- Program and modify Building Automation Systems (BAS) for optimal performance
- Ensure compliance with healthcare facility regulations and safety standards
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to maintenance team members
- Manage preventative maintenance programs and emergency repairs
- Document maintenance activities and maintain detailed system records
- Collaborate with facility staff to complete critical projects on schedule
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial or healthcare HVAC/R maintenance experience
- High school diploma required; Trade/Technical school graduate preferred
- Current CFC Certification
- Valid Virginia Driver's License
- Extensive knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Strong understanding of healthcare facility codes and regulations
- Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems
