Senior Commercial Plumbing Specialist - Healthcare Facilities

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Trade/Vocational school graduate preferred
- Minimum 3 years of commercial plumbing experience, healthcare setting preferred
- Must obtain Journeyman's or Master Plumbing License within 24 months
- Valid Virginia Driver's License required
- Proficiency in medical gas systems and healthcare plumbing codes
- Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems
