Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray Tech (RT)(R)

Join our growing healthcare facility as a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist where you'll play a vital role in our patient care team. We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to perform diagnostic imaging procedures while providing exceptional patient care in our state-of-the-art facility.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform diverse diagnostic imaging procedures using advanced radiographic equipment
• Conduct patient assessments and prepare patients for radiological procedures
• Operate sophisticated imaging technology including CR, DR, and PACS systems
• Administer IV contrast media and perform catheterizations when required
• Maintain radiation safety protocols and ALARA principles
• Participate in quality assurance programs and equipment maintenance
• Mentor and train new staff and students in radiologic procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology
• Current ARRT registration or registry-eligible status
• Valid American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider certification
• Strong knowledge of radiation protection and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
