Clinical Nurse Leader (RN-II) - Medical/Surgical Unit

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate comprehensive patient care delivery using the nursing process framework
• Serve as Charge Nurse, supervising and mentoring nursing staff

• Develop and execute patient/family education programs
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and care planning
• Maintain clinical documentation and electronic health records

Required Qualifications:

• Current Virginia RN license or eligibility for licensure
• Associates Degree in Nursing (RN Diploma, ASN, or ADN)
• Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
• BLS/ACLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Specialty certification in relevant field
• Charge nurse experience
