Diagnostic Imaging Specialist - Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Tech)

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures using advanced radiographic and DR equipment
• Conduct patient assessments and ensure proper positioning for optimal imaging results
• Execute IV contrast procedures and urinary catheterizations as needed
• Maintain detailed digital records using PACS and RIS systems
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure exceptional patient care
• Participate in continuing education and staff development initiatives
• Mentor and train new staff members and students
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols and ALARA principles

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology
• Current ARRT registration or registry-eligible status
• Active AHA BLS-HCP certification
• Strong knowledge of radiation protection and safety protocols
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Proficiency with digital imaging systems and PACS
