Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Autism Care Specialist

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs
• Document client progress using specialized practice management software
• Collaborate with BCBAs and therapy team members
• Create engaging, age-appropriate therapeutic activities
• Support children in developing independence and social skills
• Ensure client safety and maintain a supportive learning environment
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
• Clean background check and drug screening
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and respond to behavioral situations
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
• Previous ABA therapy or special needs experience
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Experience with electronic health records
