Core Responsibilities:
- Lead curriculum development and implementation aligned with CCNE/ACEN standards and NCLEX-RN requirements
- Direct faculty recruitment, development, and mentorship initiatives
- Oversee student success programs, including academic advising and clinical placements
- Manage accreditation processes and ensure regulatory compliance
- Foster strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations
- Drive program innovation and quality improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN); Doctorate preferred (PhD, DNP, or EdD)
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- 3-5 years of nursing education or administration experience
- 2-3 years teaching experience at the baccalaureate level
- Proven track record in curriculum development and academic leadership
- Excellence in organizational management and interpersonal communication
