Join a dynamic and supportive sports training team as a Certified Athletic Trainer in the heart of New York’s scenic Finger Lakes region. You'll play a vital role in the prevention, assessment, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries, working in schools, clinics, and at local sporting events.
Apply evidence-based practices in the prevention, care, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries
Deliver education to athletes, coaches, parents, and medical staff on injury prevention and care
Provide on-site support at schools, clinics, and sporting events per scheduling agreements
Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to support optimal patient care
Use appropriate equipment and devices for injury prevention and conditioning
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in line with healthcare protocols
Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism in every interaction
Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training, Sports Medicine, or related field
New York State License and Registration as a Certified Athletic Trainer
NATABOC Certification (BOC-ATC)
BLS Certification (completed during clinical orientation through RQI system)
Must be at least 21 years old per NYS regulations
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
Computer literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Master’s Degree in Athletic Training or related field
1–2 years of experience as an Athletic Trainer in high school, collegiate, or clinical settings
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and healthcare documentation systems
Flexibility with locations, duties, and scheduling
