Cardiac Electrophysiology (EP) Specialist - Advanced Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory

Join our state-of-the-art Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology Laboratory as a skilled EP Specialist, where you'll be at the forefront of cardiac care, working alongside leading physicians in diagnosing and treating complex cardiac conditions.

Position Overview

As a Cardiac EP Specialist, you'll be an integral member of our cardiovascular team, specializing in advanced cardiac procedures including PTCA, stent placement, IABP insertion, and complex EP device management and ablation procedures.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during complex cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures
• Operate and maintain sophisticated EP and cardiac catheterization equipment
• Monitor and assess patient conditions during procedures
• Participate in EP studies and ablation procedures
• Manage cardiac device programming and troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and documentation requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of CCAHEP accredited program
• 2 years of Electrophysiology experience with comprehensive knowledge of EP and Ablation devices
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• One of the following certifications:
  • Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES)
  • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist
  • Cardiovascular Technologist (CV Tech)
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT)
