Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) - Acute Care

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide expert emergency nursing care through comprehensive patient assessment and diagnosis

• Respond swiftly to critical situations and demonstrate strong clinical decision-making

Required Qualifications:

• Current Florida RN license or eligible for compact licensure (must obtain FL license within 90 days)
• 3+ years of recent acute care ER nursing experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma from an accredited institution
• BLS/BCLS certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Computer proficiency and EMR experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Additional emergency care certifications (ACLS, PALS, TNCC)
• Leadership experience
