Senior Nuclear Medicine Technologist - PET/CT Imaging Specialist

Position Overview

As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you'll perform complex imaging and non-imaging procedures for patients across all age groups, from neonatal to geriatric. This position requires exceptional professional judgment and interpersonal skills while working independently in a collaborative healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced nuclear medicine procedures including PET/CT imaging, SPECT scans, and therapeutic treatments
• Calculate and administer radiopharmaceuticals with precision for diagnostic procedures
• Conduct quality control procedures and maintain imaging equipment
• Ensure radiation safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals in diagnostic planning
• Provide patient education and ensure optimal comfort during procedures

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program
• ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience
• Proficiency in PET/CT and SPECT imaging techniques
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
