CT/Radiologic Technologist - Medical Imaging Specialist

Position Overview

As a CT/Radiologic Technologist, you'll play a vital role in our diagnostic imaging team, performing advanced imaging procedures while ensuring exceptional patient care and safety standards.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic CT scans and radiographic procedures for patients of all ages
• Administer IV contrast media following established protocols
• Operate and maintain advanced imaging equipment
• Ensure radiation safety protocols and ALARA principles
• Provide compassionate patient care and positioning
• Collaborate with healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Participate in quality assurance programs
• Assist in training new staff and students

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current ARRT registration in Radiography
• Valid BLS certification
• Must obtain CT registry within one year of hire
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous CT experience
• CT certification through ARRT
• Experience with PACS and RIS systems
