Respiratory Therapy Clinical Lead (RRT/CRT) - Full-Time

This autonomous position offers the unique opportunity to be the primary respiratory care provider during your shift, with full support from our medical team.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary respiratory therapist during assigned shifts, managing patient care independently
• Perform advanced airway management, including backup support for intubations
• Provide respiratory care across multiple units including ED, Surgical, Cardiac, and Orthopedics
• Conduct patient assessments and implement appropriate treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records

Required Qualifications:

• Current Virginia Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License
• NBRC certification as a CRT or RRT
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association
• Current ACLS certification or EKG & Pharmacology Course completion
• Minimum 3 years of clinical respiratory therapy experience
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
