Senior Paramedic - Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Professional

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate healthcare professional to deliver critical pre-hospital care and life-saving interventions in both emergency and non-emergency situations.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced life support care in pre-hospital and transport settings
• Perform critical patient assessments and implement appropriate treatment protocols
• Execute advanced medical procedures including intubation, IV therapy, and medication administration
• Operate emergency vehicles and medical equipment with precision and safety
• Maintain detailed patient care records and complete required documentation
• Collaborate effectively with emergency room staff, first responders, and law enforcement
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities
• Mentor and support EMT team members

Required Qualifications:

• Current Virginia State Paramedic License
• National Registry Paramedic Certification (preferred)
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, EVOC
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
