Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Virginia Department of Health Professionals registration
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (or ability to obtain within 9 months)
- Knowledge of 1,000+ medications and their applications
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in pharmacy software and general office applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of accredited Pharmacy Technician training program
- 1+ years of pharmacy experience
- Hospital pharmacy experience
- Prior experience with automated dispensing systems
