Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical/Surgical Unit | Sign-On Bonus Available

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled RN to provide comprehensive nursing care in our Medical/Surgical unit.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Develop and maintain individualized care plans for patients of all ages
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Accurately administer medications and treatments using EPIC EMR system
- Serve as a patient advocate and primary care coordinator
- Document patient care activities and observations in electronic health records
- Mentor and guide support staff while fostering a team-oriented environment
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current Virginia RN license or eligible for licensure
- Current BLS certification (ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications may be required)
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR system and general computer skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
