• Perform advanced diagnostic imaging procedures including CT scans and general radiography
• Lead departmental workflow and ensure optimal productivity
• Mentor and support Radiography students and team members
• Maintain quality control standards and radiation safety protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
• Participate in continuing education and performance improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Current ARRT Registration in Radiography
• Virginia Radiologic Technologist license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• BLS Certification (AHA Healthcare Provider)
• Proven expertise in CT scanning and general diagnostic imaging
• Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and medical terminology
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work all shifts, weekends, and participate in on-call rotation
