Senior Release Train Engineer (RTE) - Autonomous Systems Development

Position Overview

Core Responsibilities

• • Spearhead the Agile Release Train (ART), implementing SAFe practices and driving program execution • Orchestrate and facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning events • Lead the strategic alignment of multiple teams toward shared objectives • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the ART • Manage risk mitigation and value delivery optimization • Foster cross-functional collaboration between technical and business stakeholders • Guide agile transformation efforts through metrics-driven decision making • Facilitate effective communication across all organizational levels

Required Qualifications

• • Proven experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) • Demonstrated success as a Release Train Engineer or equivalent role • Active SECRET security clearance • Superior communication and presentation abilities • Track record of successful stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications

• • SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification • Active TS/SCI clearance • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field • DoD processes and military operations expertise • Multi-vendor integration experience within defense sector • Systems or Software Engineering background
