Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and 24/7 accountability for L&D operations and patient care delivery
• Lead and mentor a large healthcare team while promoting professional nursing excellence
• Serve as key liaison between physicians, nursing staff, and hospital administration
• Drive quality improvements and maintain superior patient satisfaction metrics
• Manage department resources, budgets, and strategic planning initiatives
• Implement evidence-based practices and ensure regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
• Current RN license with 5+ years L&D experience in acute care
