Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care through comprehensive assessments, care planning, and implementation
• Coordinate and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize EPIC EMR system to maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation
• Perform medication administration and treatments following established protocols
• Lead patient education initiatives and discharge planning
• Mentor and support nursing support staff while fostering a positive team environment

Qualifications:

• Current Virginia RN license or eligibility to obtain one
• BSN from an accredited nursing program preferred
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as needed
• Strong proficiency with electronic medical records (EPIC)
• Excellence in clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
