Lead CT/Radiologic Technologist - Advanced Diagnostic Imaging

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostic radiography, CT scanning, and fluoroscopy procedures for patients of all ages
• Lead and mentor radiography students and team members
• Maintain imaging equipment and ensure quality control standards
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response
• Monitor departmental productivity and implement performance improvements
• Maintain continuing education and professional development

Required Qualifications:

• Current ARRT Registration and Virginia Radiologic Technologist license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• BLS Certification (AHA Healthcare Provider)
• Proven experience in CT scanning and general diagnostic radiography
• Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• Excellent technical and patient positioning skills
• Superior communication and interpersonal abilities
• Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
