Clinical Nurse Leader - Labor & Delivery (Night Shift)

Join our award-winning healthcare facility as a Clinical Nurse Leader in our Labor & Delivery unit. This role combines hands-on clinical excellence with leadership responsibilities, offering the perfect opportunity for experienced L&D nurses ready to advance their careers. As the overnight Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC), you'll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional patient care while leading and mentoring our dedicated nursing team.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate patient care activities during night shift operations
• Manage staff scheduling and resource allocation to ensure optimal patient care
• Provide direct patient care including delivery assistance and OR scrub duties
• Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives
• Facilitate efficient patient admissions and discharges
• Mentor and develop nursing staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Participate in performance improvement and staff engagement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license
• Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Minimum 2 years Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Previous leadership experience in Women's Services
• BCLS certification (required within 30 days of hire)
• ACLS certification (required within 1 year of hire)
• Strong clinical skills in labor management and delivery
• OR scrub experience preferred
