Position Overview:
As Director of Pediatric Nursing Services, you'll provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our pediatric departments while ensuring excellence in patient-centered care delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of nursing professionals while fostering a culture of clinical excellence and accountability
- Implement evidence-based practices to advance patient safety and quality outcomes
- Drive operational efficiency through strategic planning, budget management, and resource optimization
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accreditation standards
- Develop and implement innovative care coordination policies to enhance patient experience
- Oversee patient flow, capacity management, and staffing optimization

Required Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse license
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience
- 3+ years of director-level experience in pediatric nursing
- Current BCLS certification
- Strong track record of implementing quality improvement initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
