Clinical Nursing Director - Labor & Delivery Unit

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of clinical excellence and accountability
• Drive implementation of evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes
• Oversee operational efficiency, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accreditation standards
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve patient experience and clinical outcomes
• Manage interdepartmental collaboration and communication
• Direct patient flow optimization and care coordination
• Establish and monitor clinical performance metrics
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and best practice implementation

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license in state of practice or active compact license
• Bachelor's degree required (BSN preferred)
• Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year healthcare leadership experience
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS certification preferred
• NRP, FHM, and RNC-OB certifications preferred
• Proven track record in clinical operations management
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities
