Operating Room Nurse Manager - Surgical Services Leadership

Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of Operating Room operations, ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement staff education programs in collaboration with OR Educator
- Manage departmental policies, procedures, and budgets
- Foster collaborative relationships with administration, medical staff, and interdepartmental teams
- Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development of OR staff
- Direct quality improvement initiatives and maintain regulatory compliance
- Participate in strategic planning and resource allocation
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Current Texas RN license or compact state license
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
- Minimum 5 years OR nursing experience
- 2+ years OR leadership experience in acute care setting
- Current BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross
- CNOR certification preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge in perioperative nursing
