Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - Operating Room Specialist

Essential Responsibilities:

• Execute precise scrub duties across diverse surgical procedures while maintaining strict sterile technique
• Anticipate surgical team needs by expertly managing instruments, supplies, and equipment
• Collaborate closely with RNs and surgeons to ensure optimal procedural workflow
• Maintain sterile field integrity throughout surgical procedures
• Participate in pre-operative preparation and post-operative room turnover
• Assist in inventory management and equipment sterilization

Required Qualifications:

• Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
• 2 years of surgical technologist experience preferred, with acute care setting experience highly valued
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and instrumentation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification (must obtain within 30 days of hire)
