Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) - Level II Trauma Center

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert emergency nursing care through patient triage, assessment, and treatment across all age groups
• Manage multiple high-acuity cases simultaneously while maintaining exceptional patient care standards
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans with measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, specialists, and support staff
• Provide comprehensive discharge planning and patient education
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and electronic health records
• Participate in trauma team activations and emergency response scenarios

Required Qualifications:

• Current Florida RN license or multi-state license (must obtain FL license within 60 days)
• Minimum 1 year recent acute care experience (ED, ICU, or PCU)
• BSN preferred; ADN accepted with commitment to BSN completion
• Current BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days)
• Current ACLS certification (or obtain within 90 days)
• PALS certification (required within 90 days)
• TNCC certification (required within 6 months)
• ENPC certification (required within 6 months)
