Position Overview

Job Title: Primary Care Physician - Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Direct Hire
Practice Setting: 100% Outpatient - No Hospital Rounds
Location: Geneva, NY (Finger Lakes Region)
Compensation: $225,000 - $300,000 annually (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Available
Call Coverage: Light, shared across system practices

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Conduct routine health screenings, preventive care, and wellness exams
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on patient-centered care
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records documentation
Participate in light call rotation shared across the physician network
Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Build long-term relationships with patients and the local community

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree required
Completion of accredited residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Current or eligible for New York State medical license
Active DEA registration or ability to obtain
Strong commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based care model
