• Manage departmental policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
• Oversee operating and capital budgets in partnership with administration
• Serve as key liaison between OR staff, administration, and medical team
• Conduct performance evaluations and foster professional growth opportunities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards

Required Qualifications

• Current Texas RN license or compact state license
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• 5+ years OR nursing experience
• 2+ years OR leadership experience
• Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Strong clinical knowledge in surgical nursing
• CNOR certification preferred
