Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Physical Therapist in home health care setting
• Current, valid Physical Therapist state license in good standing
• Current CPR/BLS certification from an approved provider
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes throughout the service area
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with patients and families
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and documentation systems
