Primary Care Physician - Family Medicine / Internal Medicine | Clifton Springs, NY

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services in our established community practice. - Outpatient practice setting only - no hospital rounds
- Competitive annual salary: $225,000 - $300,000 based on experience

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform routine health screenings, preventive care, and wellness visits
- Develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans
- Coordinate patient care with specialists and healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records documentation
- Participate in shared phone call coverage with other physicians in the health system
- Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Build lasting relationships with patients and the local community
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree required
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Completion of accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
- Active or eligible for New York State medical license
- DEA license or ability to obtain
- Strong clinical skills in primary care and preventive medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
