Primary Care Physician – Outpatient Only | Family Medicine & Internal Medicine | Penn Yan, NY

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician to provide exceptional outpatient primary care in a supportive, patient-centered environment. Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, compassionate outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions in a welcoming clinic setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members including nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and specialists
• Participate in shared, light phone call coverage across the health system
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records documentation
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and community health programs
• Engage in patient education and preventive care strategies
• Exercise clinical autonomy while benefiting from system-wide support and resources

Job Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Valid New York State medical license or ability to obtain prior to start date
• DEA certification or eligibility
