Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans for optimal functional outcomes
  • Provide hands-on manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise programs to facilitate pain relief and restore mobility
  • Deliver high-quality outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation services in accordance with clinical best practices
  • Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and efficiently in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Ensure proper billing and coding for all physical therapy services rendered
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
  • Monitor clinical quality, service excellence, and patient satisfaction to exceed customer expectations
  • Identify opportunities for program growth and contribute to clinic development initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations governing physical therapy practice

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Current Physical Therapist license in the state of California (or eligible for licensure)
  • New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply
  • Must meet clinical competency requirements and demonstrate proficiency in outpatient orthopedic care
  • Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance and work Monday through Friday schedule
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive annual salary: $90,000 - $105,000 based on experience and credentials
