Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive healthcare sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the home health sector
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic research, physician liaison activities, and community networking
Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and healthcare facilities
Collaborate with internal marketing teams to design and implement multi-channel campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads
Conduct competitive market analysis and monitor healthcare trends to inform sales tactics and positioning strategies
Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to healthcare professionals, administrators, and community partners
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, referral sources, and market penetration data
Represent the organization at healthcare networking events, community health fairs, and professional conferences

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in healthcare sales and marketing management, preferably in home health, hospice, or post-acute care settings
Demonstrated success in B2B healthcare sales with verifiable track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong understanding of home healthcare operations, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, and healthcare reimbursement models
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals at all levels
Proven negotiation skills and the ability to close complex healthcare partnerships
Self-motivated and autonomous with excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools
