Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Manage caseload efficiently while maintaining flexible scheduling to meet patient needs
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas (or ability to obtain)
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or BS in Physical Therapy)
- Current CPR/BLS certification from an approved provider
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
